Ingredients
- Extra firm tofu, 14 oz.
- Canola oil, for frying
- Garlic, 2 cloves grated
- Sugar, 1 tsp.
- Gochugaru, 1 tsp.
- Sesame seeds, 1 tbs.
- Cumin, 1 tbs.
- Soy sauce, 1 tbs.
- Oyster sauce, 1 tbs.
- Water, 3 tbs.
- Corn starch, ~1/2 cup
Equipment
- Grater
- Large frying pan
Prep
- Cube tofu
- Grate garlic
- Place corn stach in small bowl
Instructions

Combine garlic, sugar, gochugaru, sesame seeds, cumin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water in a bowl.

Heat oil in frying pan.

When pan is hot, coat tofu cubes in corn starch and fry on each side until golden brown.

Pour sauce over tofu cubes, heat until sauce is thickened.
