Ingredients
- White rice, 1.5 cups
- Frozen shelled edamame, 1.5 cups
- Canned pinto beans, 3/4 cup
- Quinoa, 3/4 cup
Equipment
- Rice cooker
- Can opener
Prep
- Wash rice
Instructions

Add rice, edamame, pinto beans, and quinoa to the rice cooker.

Fill water to just under the 5 cup marker on the rice cooker.

Cook rice using the "mixed rice" option.
