Instructions

  1. Boil water in large pot.

  2. In medium bowl, mix garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

  3. Blanch spinach for ~30 sec.

  4. Drain spinach and rinse under cold water.

  5. Gently squeeze out excess water then pull apart.

  6. Mix spinach into the sauce until even.
