Ingredients
- Spinach, 8 oz.
- Garlic clove, 1
- Green onion, 1 (optional)
- Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp.
- Sesame oil, 1 tsp.
- Roasted sesame seeds, 2 tsp.
Equipment
- Large pot
- Colander
- Medium bowl
- Grater
Prep
- Wash spinach, if necessary
- Grate garlic
- Chop green onion
Instructions

Boil water in large pot.

In medium bowl, mix garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

Blanch spinach for ~30 sec.

Drain spinach and rinse under cold water.

Gently squeeze out excess water then pull apart.

Mix spinach into the sauce until even.
