Instructions

  1. Heat oil.

  2. While oil is heating, pat tofu dry with paper towels.

  3. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch slices, about 8 in total.

  4. Fry tofu 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.

  5. While tofu is frying, combine sauce ingredients.

  6. When tofu is done, pour sauce over the tofu.

  7. Simmer the sauce until thick, ~30 seconds.

  8. Garnish with green onion (optional).
