Instructions

  1. Mix together cucumbers and salt in colander, let sit in the sink for 20 minutes.

  2. While the cucumbers are resting, mix together in the large bowl: garlic, green onion, sesame seeds, gochugaru, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.

  3. Drain the liquid without squeezing the cucumbers.

  4. Add the cucumbers to the large bowl and mix until even.

  5. Chill until ready to serve.
