Ingredients
- Cucumbers, 1 lbs. thinly sliced
- Salt, 1 tsp.
- Garlic clove, 1
- Green onion, 1 stalk sliced
- Sesame seeds, 1 tsp.
- Gochugaru, 2 tsp.
- Rice vinegar, 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce, 2 tsp.
Equipment
- Colander
- Large bowl
- Grater
Prep
- Slice cucumbers
- Slice green onion
- Grate garlic
Instructions

Mix together cucumbers and salt in colander, let sit in the sink for 20 minutes.

While the cucumbers are resting, mix together in the large bowl: garlic, green onion, sesame seeds, gochugaru, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.

Drain the liquid without squeezing the cucumbers.

Add the cucumbers to the large bowl and mix until even.

Chill until ready to serve.
